After the traditional thanksgiving gorging on fowl and stuffing, it’s time for something sweet. While I rarely like pumpkin pie on its own, a perfect pumpkin pie makes the perfect finish to Thanksgiving. In order to keep the flavor rich and authentic, my pie uses real pumpkin, not the butternut squash masquerading as pumpkin that is usually found. In addition, this pie is a little lighter as it follows so much other food.

timthumb.php is awesome. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work very well with WordPress Multisite. Despite a number of people who have proposed solutions, none of them seem to provide a simple, drop in replacement for timthumb.php which just works. Well, now I have.

It seems, reading the news, that nuclear proliferation will be the end of the world. For a WordPress developer, on the other hand, poor plugin programming seems likely be the end of the world. I rarely take shots at other people online (it seems rather trollish to me), but the sheer horror of Fire Studio’s WordPress Plugin Templates compel me to say something.
